The company strengthens its presence in Spain and opened offices in Germany and China


Madrid, 1 October 2007 - ip-label, the independent institute of the measure of the perceived quality of digital services, today announced the strengthening and development of its trade structure in key markets, including the Spanish market.


The company recently completed an LBO (Leveraged Buy Out) allowing the founders and employees of ip-label owning a majority stake. This LBO, associated with a financing plan over 5 years, sees the entrance to the capital investor Naxicao Partners. This investment accelerates the growth of ip-label with the opening of offices in Shanghai, China and Frankfurt, Germany. These two new locations will increase the international development of ip-label, as is already happening through offices located in Brussels, Amsterdam and Madrid.

True trusted third party, ip-label is requested by more than 1500 direct and indirect customers (operators and Internet service providers, large public and private accounts, e-commerce companies, integrators and SSII) to those carrying more than 70 million daily measures for more than 25 countries worldwide.

The company, present in Spain since 2006 with Romain Landrieu, Spain Account Manager, working with a dozen large accounts, assets in sectors like media, banks / insurance or telecommunications. Lionel Ortolan, Country Manager Spain, until now based in France, and Catherine Le Dentec, commercial new ip-label, have decided to settle in Madrid to strengthen the company's presence on the peninsula. Currently, all the ip-label services are available in Spain.
