This support service provides assistance to any ip-label.newtest customer using Datametrie. Among the primary missions of the team is to provide help setting interface parameters, implementation and maintenance of Datametrie Scenario scripts, training and customized analysis of measurements. In response to high demand, we are now enriching this service to meet more specific needs. Henceforward, you may supplement the standard support offer with one or more specific options.
When you have pressing commitments hinging on the measurements made by your Datametrie monitors, you cannot afford to be caught without measurements for days on end. It is in your interest for ip-label.newtest to guarantee the time it will take to modify your script. The option “Guaranteed Scripting” ensures that your scripts will be modified and tested by ip-label.newtest within the day.
If you want a specific analysis of one or more of your monitors to be drafted by specialists in IS and web application performance, the option “on request analysis” gives you a written analysis of the monitor (two full pages or more), along with explanations and comments over the phone.
